 Day of Coordination package includes:  

· Initial Meet & Greet 

· Unlimited planning assistance via phone and email

· A face to face planning meeting two months prior to your wedding date

· Identify venue contract terms & restrictions to support seamless coordination

· A site visit to walk the venue 

· Creation of a custom timeline based on your wedding day plans

· Coordinate/lead rehearsal 

· Management of the timeline, vendors and flow of events during the wedding to include assistance and coordination of set up/ tear down 

· Peace of mind that everything will be taken care of and that you will enjoy your day

Cost: starting at $2000.00 *

Full Planning package includes:

From day one, we will establish an overall planning to-do list and timeline, assist in hiring and meeting with vendors, establishing your budget,  floral design, decor selection and everything outlined in  Day of Coordination. 

Cost: Starting at $4000.00*

Additional Options:

Budget management - Meet monthly to discuss spending/overall budget 

Customized To-Do list - Meet monthly to review what is needed to finish planning a stress free wedding 

Cost: $350.00 each
